Answer:

\\\sqrt{2x^2-2x+21}-2x+3=0\\\\\sqrt{2x^2-2x+21}=2x-3\\\\2x^2-2x+21=(2x-3)^2\\\\2x^2-2x+21=4x^2-12x+9\\\\4x^2-12x+9-2x^2+2x-21=0\\\\2x^2-10x-12=0\\\\2(x^2-5x-6)=0\\\\x^2-5x-6=0\\\\x^2+x-6x-6=0\\\\x(x+1)-6(x+1)=0\\\\(x+1)(x-6)=0\\\\

x+1=0                 x-6=0

x=-1                     x=6

∴ x = -1 or x = 6
