  =  \sqrt{21(21 - 12)(21 - 12)(21 - 18)}  \\  =  \sqrt{21  \times (9) \times (9) \times (3)  }  \\  =   \sqrt{3 \times 7 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3}  \\  = 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times   \sqrt{7}  \\  = 27 \sqrt{7}

if \:  \sqrt{7}  = 2.64 \\ then \:  \\  = 27 \times 2.64 \\ = 7.28

= 71.28

Answer = 71.28
