Here is the answer you were looking for:
 (\sqrt[3]{ {x}^{2} })^{ \frac{3}{4} }  \\  = ( {x}^{2 \times  \frac{1}{3} } )^{ \frac{3}{4} }  \\  =  {x}^{ \frac{2}{3} \times  \frac{3}{4}  }  \\  on \: cancelling \: we \: get \\  {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{x}
