SOLUTION :

THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED IN TWO METHODS

METHOD - I :

(7 +  \sqrt{4} )(7 -  \sqrt{4} ) \\  \\ it \: is \: in \: the \: form \: of \:  \\  \\ (a + b)(a - b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  \\  \\ so \: (7 +  \sqrt{4} )(7 -  \sqrt{4} ) = (7) {}^{2}  - ( \sqrt{4} ) {}^{2}  \\  \\  = 49 - 4 = 45

FORMULA USED :

i) \: (a + b)(a - b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}

METHOD - II :

SINCE 4 = 2

 = (7 + 2)(7 - 2) \\  \\  = 9(5) = 45
