According to the rule if you want to multiply two under root numbers u can do in following way...

(5/3)×5

=25/3

=5/3

  = \sqrt{ \frac{5}{3} }  \times  \sqrt{5} \\ =   \frac{ \sqrt{5} \times  \sqrt{5}  }{ \sqrt{3} }  \\   = \frac{5}{ \sqrt{3} }  \\  = \frac{ 5\sqrt{3} }{3}
