As per question,

$x + 12 + x + 24 + x + 36 = 360$
$3x + 72 = 360$
$3x = 360 - 72$
$3x = 288$
$x = \frac{288}{3}$
$x = 96$


Therefore

$first \: no = \: 96 + 12 \\ = 108$
$second \: no = \: 96 + 24 \\ = 120$
$third \: no \: = 96 + 36 \\ = 132$
