According to me this are the some points...

firstly you have to alone with your phone at study time.
Don't think about another activities.Think about only in studies.
Don't think about what others are doing.Only think about your target that you have to make before starting studies and only concentrate in your studies,don't think about other activities.
And in last
Go alone from everyone during studies.Do your studies at alone to everyone.then you will able to concentrate in your studies.
