Answer:

For quadratic equations,

ax^2+bx+c=0

As we know that the formula for root's are as follows

x= -b/a= 10/1= 10

y= c/a= 9/1=9

Answer:

x² - 10x + 9 =0

x² -x - 9x + 9 = 0

x(x -1) -9(x - 1) = 0

(x - 9)(x - 1) = 0

x = 1 , 9

hence the roots are 1 and 9
