 {x}^{2}  + 3x + 9 = 0 \\  \\ here \:  \\ a = 1 \\ b = 3 \\ c = 9 \\  \\ by \: quadratic \: formula \\  \\ x =  \frac{ - b +  -  \sqrt{ {b}^{2} - 4ac } }{2}  \\  \\  =  > x =   \frac{ - 3 +  -  \sqrt{9 - 4 \times 1 \times 9} }{2}  \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 3 +  -  \sqrt{9 - 36} }{2}  \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 3 +  -   \sqrt{ - 27} }{2}  \\  \\ so \\ x =  \frac{ - 3 +  \sqrt{27} i}{2}  \\ or \\ x =  \frac{3 -  \sqrt{27} i}{2}
