here is your answer..
 \frac{x}{3} - \frac{5}{2} = \frac{4x}{9} - \frac{2x}{3} \\ or \: \: \frac{2x - 15}{6} = \frac{4x - 6x}{9} \\ or \: \: \frac{2x - 15}{2} = - \frac{2x}{3} \\ or \: \: 6x - 45 = - 4x \\ or \: \: 10x = 45 \\ or \: \: x = 4.5
hope it helps

Heya ✌✌
Here is Your Answer
\\ \frac{x}{3} - \frac{5}{2} = \frac{4x}{9} - \frac{2x}{3}<br />\\ <br />\\<br />\frac{2x - 15}{6} = \frac{4x - 6x}{9 }<br />\\ \\9(2x - 15) = 6( - 2x) <br />\\ 3(2x - 15 )= 2 \times ( - 2x) \\ \\ 6x - 45 = - 4x <br />\\ 10x = 45 <br />\\ = &gt; x = \frac{45}{10}<br />\\ = &gt; x = \frac{9}{2} \: \:
