=> -8 × 3 - 5 × 5/15


=> -24 - 25/15


=> -49/15


And,


Sum of 3/2 and -31/28 => 3/2 + (-31/28)


=> 3/2 - 31/28


=> 3 × 14 - 31 × 1 /28


=> 42 - 31/28


=> 11/28


Therefore,


Subtraction of -49/15 and 11/28 = 11/28 - (-49/15)


=> 11/28 + 49/15


=> 11 × 15 + 49 × 28/420


=> 165 + 1372/420

=> 1537/420
