That day my father came home with a baby monkey. He was scared at first. But when I got up and offered a banana to him he took it from my hand. My father made him sit on a chair.

He happily ate the banana. He liked me and held my hand with his little fingers. When I wanted to get up and go he clung to my arm to take him along. So I took him to my study room. I opened my school bag and took out my books. He wanted to see what was there in the bag so he peeped into it. I was writing with a pencil, he took the pencil from me and tried to hold it like me. When I used the eraser he pulled it out of my hand and tried to bite it. I enjoyed doing my homework with him sitting next to me.  Thus I got a new friend and pet.
