then ..........if we took the q no. in p form than ...........it will take a negative power if it have .........or if it is 10 .........

Example = 13 / 19²
                  here it also be ......... 13 x 19⁻²

0.1 means it's 1x 10^-1
0.01== 1x 10^-2
