We know ,
Area of a rectangle = L × B

=> 144 = x ^2
=> = x
=> 12 = x
Therefore, The value of x is 12
We get ,
Length of the rectangular park = 4 × 12 = 48
Breadth of the rectangular park = 3 × 12 = 36
We know,
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( L + B )
= 2 ( 48 + 36 )
= 2 × 84
= 168 m
