Hola there,
A.P. = -8, -5, -2, 1
a = -8
d = -5 - (-8)
= 3
n = 10
an = a + (n - 1)d
a10 = -8 + (10 - 1)3
= -8 + 27
= 19. ...Ans
Hope this helps...:)

Hi.
The given sequence is----- {-8,-5,-2,1}
In this sequence we can observe it is in Arithmetic Progression as the common difference (d) is same. For example----
d = -5 - (-8)
= -5 + 8
= 3
also, d = 1 - (-2)
= 3
Also, First term (a) = -8
nth term = 10 (given)
Using the formula---------
T n = a + (n-1)d
T 10 = -8 + (10-1)3
= -8 + 9 *3
= -8 + 27
= 19
Thus 10th term of the given sequence is 19.
Hope it will help u.
Have a nice day.
