Answer:

if we use the formula of ap then we get

a+10d=16........eq¹

a+20d=29........eq²

now subtracting 1 from 2

we get d as 1.3

now if we put the value of d in eq¹

we get

a+10*1.3=16

a = 3

now 41 term would be

a +(n-1)d

3+40*1.3

=55

ans is 55.

Berrita: sorry the answer is 45 ... in the last step by mistake I have typed 3+52 instead of 3+42

mate according to question...

a+10d=16-----(1)

a+20d=29-----(2)

on solving equations 1 & 2 we get

d=1.3

put value of d in equation 1 we get

a+10(1.3)=16

a=16-13

a=3

so 41th term is

A41=a+40d

=3+40(1.3)

=3+52

=55

hope it will helpful to you....
