2. Excess during an emergency–people's fundamental freedoms have been suppressed.  

3. Black laws like MISA have been introduced–the Indian government passed many black acts during the emergency.  

4. Constitutional amendments–The role of the judiciary has been that by Indira Government in the 42nd amendment.

5. Compulsory sterilization–the Sanjay Gandhi, for example, was largely used for compulsory sterilization in the various States, particularly Haryana.  

6. The rising prices–with the conference government on this issue, the state of the Indians became pitiful as prices increased continually.
