19th century is India was a general resourceful period in many ranges. The nationalism reached at its peak during this time. During 19th century social and cultural awakening of India was clearly observed.

Social reformers as well as other creative genius minds introduced lots of social reformations for making the society more humane. It was an overall growth and development of social maturity of the nation and that made the period remarkable for reformation and new awakening.
