1. Surat Session 1905: In this session Congress was split between moderates and extremists.
2. Lucknow Session 1916: Here an agreement was signed between INC and Muslim League.
3. Calcutta session September 1920: Gandhiji convinced the Congress to start Non-cooperation in support of Khilafat agitation.
4. Nagpur session of December 1920: Non-Cooperation programme was adopted.
5. Lahore session of 1929: Congress formalised the demand of 'Purna Swaraj ' for India.
6. Bombay Session 1940: Quit India Resolution was adopted.
