Here is your answer:

The 9th term of an AP=a+(9-1)d

=a+8d............................(1)

where a =first term

d=common difference.

Given:-a+8d=0.

29th term =a+(29-1)d

=a+28d

=a+8d+20d

=0+20d[See(1)]

=20d...................(2)

19th term=a+(19-1)d

=a+18d

=a+8d+10d

=0+10d[See(2)]

=10d.....................(3)

Now 20d=2*10d[Proved]

So:29th term is twice the 19th term [See(1) and(2)]

Hope it helps.
