Answer:

In the poem, the frog is not at all liked by other animals and birds when it croaks out loud whereas the nightingale is heard by everyone.

Unluckily, the nightingale has to sit on the same tree as the frog and the frog influences her and convinces that it has to learn notes from the frog.

The frog does not respect the nightingale's individuality and neither the nightingale could recognize her talent.

The greedy frog started 'using' the nightingale for his own benefit and used to charge fees to other animals for listening to the nightingale.

After a point of time, the animals got bored by the nightingale's voice and in order to sing on a higher note, one of its throat veins ruptured and the nightingale died.

Therefore, it is very important to respect everyone's individuality and recognize it accordingly so that such a situation never happens.
