7-In resonance of bicarbonate ion, the negative charge remains on oxygen atom in both structures. Oxygen is more electronegative than carbon atom and hence, it has higher tendency to retain negative charge. Due to this, bicarbonate ion is more stabilised than phenoxide ion. Hence, it is more acidic than phenol.

8-Acetic acid is strong acid compare to carbonic acid even though carbonic acid has two replaceable protons . acidity of any substance depends on the stability of its conjugate base. Conjugate base of acetic acid is more stable due to its two symmetrical resonatic structure.
