Formula of acceleration due to gravity at a height (h) is
g’ = g * [r / (r + h)]^2

0.2 = 9.8 * [r / (r + h)]^2
[r / (r + h)]^2 = 1/49
r / (r + h) = 1/7
7r = r + h
h = 6r

If radius of earth (r) is 6400km then Height (h) is 6 * 6400km = 38400 km
