the answer would be no other time actually.
as acceleration time graph is shown and when acceleration would be zero, velocity would be constant.
there's no time at which v can be zero for this.

In order to find velocity we need to integrate as shown in the below pic.After integration,We get that there is no place for velocity to become zero except at t=0.
