Full employment involves Zero or very low unemployment. The closest rate to full employment is 3% as suggested by Economists. The main reason why full employment is a sufficient condition for the growth of economy is because it reduces various Social and Economic costs caused by unemployment,

such as unemployment benefits, Lower Tax revenues and even social problems including crime, vandalism, poverty etc.

It will aslo reduce the borrowing of the government and since the unemployed gained work, they will increase the spending, causing Economy to grow rapidly.
