Let the Numerator be N and the denominator be D

N+D=2D-3

So, D=N+3 ----------- (1)

(N-1) / (D-1) = (D/2)/D

By solving the above equation,

D(N-1) = (D-1)D/2

2N-2=D-1

Substitute the value of D from equation(1) in above equation

2N-2=N+3-1

So, N=4

Therefore D = 4+3=7

Original fraction=4/7
