Answer:

1st adjacent angle=95°

2nd adjacent angle=85°

as it same for another angles

so all four angles are 95°, 85°, 95°, 85°

Step-by-step explanation:

sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is 180°

(3x+2) °+(5x-40) °=180°

8x-20=180

8x=180+20

8x=200

x=25

3x+20=3(25) +20=95°

5x-40=5(25) -40=85°

Given : adjacent angle of a parallelogram    (3x+20)° +  (5x – 40)°

To find : measure of all the four angles

Solution:

Sum of adjacent angle of a parallelogram = 180°

=>   (3x+20)° +  (5x – 40)° = 180°

=> (8x – 20)° = 180°

=> (8x)° = 200°

=>  (x)° = 25°

(3x+20)° = (3*25+20)°  = 95°

 (5x – 40)° = (5*25 - 40)°  = 85°

Opposite angles of parallelogram are equal

Hence Measure of all the four angles

95° , 85° ,  95° , 85°
