The adjacent sides of parallelogram is given in ration as = 5 : 3 .

Let the ratio constant be x

So ,

Length of longer side = 5x

Lenght of smaller side = 3x .

Now ,

Given that :-

Lenght of longer side is 7.5 cm .

A/ q ,

=> 5 x = 7.5

=> x = 7.5 / 5

=> x = 1.5

So ,

Lenght of smaller side = 3x

3 x = 3 * 1.5

= 4.5 cm

So , perimeter of parallelogram

= Sum of all sides

= ( 4.5 + 7.5 + 4.5 + 7.5 ) cm

= 24 cm .
