the adjacent sides of a parallelogram are 30 cm and 24 cm if the perpendicular distance between the shorter side is 12 cm what is the distance between the longer side​

the perpendicular distance between the larger sides can be found by taking help of it's area

area of parallelogram=base*height=24*12=288cm^2

let distance between longer sides equal to x

then it's area will also be equal to 30*x

so 288=30*x

288/30=x

so x=9.6 cm
