the adjacent sides of a parallelogram have lengths 20cm and 12cm. The distance between the two shorter sides is 5cm. Find the area of a parallelogram and the distance between the longer sides.

Area=b×h

=5×12=60㎠

=20×x

⇒x=3㎝
