5x = 7.5

x = 7.5/5

x = 1.5cm

so longest side = 5×1.5 = 7.5

and smallest side = 3×1.5 = 4.5

as we know perimeter of parallelogram = 2(a+b)

so,, 2(7.5+4.5)

= 2×12

= 24cm ....ans.
