Length = 7pq - 5p³ + 9p²q²

Breadth = - 6p³ + 7p²q² + pq

Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)

= 2[7pq - 5p³ + 9p²q² + (- 6p³ + 7p²q² + pq)]

= 2[7pq - 5p³ + 9p²q² - 6p³ + 7p²q² + pq]

= 2[8pq - 11p³ + 16p²q²]

= 16pq - 22p³ + 32p²q²
