the age of a man is half that of the father age and one-third of grandfather age. if the sum of their ages is 150 what is the mans present age

Let the age of the man be X
Then according to question fathers age is 2X
Again according to question grandfather’s age is 3X
According to question X + 2X + 3X = 150
Or 6X = 150
Or X = 150/6 = 25
Hence man’s age is 25 years
