Let father's age be 'x' and his sons age be 'y'.

According to 1st condition,
x=3+3y.
x-3y=3. (1)

According to 2nd condition,
3+x=10+2y.
x-2y=7. (2)

Subtract (1) from (2)

x-2y=7
-x-3y=3
(-). (+). (-)
-------------
y=4

Put y=4 in eqn (2)
x-2(4)=7
x-8=7
x=15 years

I may be wrong because this answer doesn't make sense.But if my ans is right plz plz plz make this as brainliest answer
