Let the present age of father be x
And the present age of the son be y.

According to the problem,
x = 3y + 3 ..........(1)

After 3 years,
Father = x + 3 , Son = y + 3
x + 3 = 2 (y + 3) + 10
x + 3 = 2y + 6 + 10
x + 3 = 2y + 16 ........(2)

3y + 3 + 3 = 2y + 16 (from 1)
3y + 6 = 2y + 16
3y - 2y = 16 - 6
y = 10

Substitute y in (2)
x + 3 = 2 (10) + 16
x = 20 + 16 -3
x = 33

Hope it helped you. ..........
