Let age of father be x
Let age of son be y

x=3+3y
x-3y=3__________(1)

3 years hence
x+3=10+2(y+3)
x+3=10+2y+6
x-2y=13_________(2)

(2)-(1)
y=10
therefore x=3+30=33

thus x=33 , y=10
age 3 years hence is x=36 & y=13

hope this helps you
