Be :-

3× & 4×

Now, A/Q,

3× + 8 + 4× + 8 = 44

7× +16 = 44

7×=28

×=4

Now, An's age = 3× = 3×4 = 12 yrs

Adi's age = 4× = 4 × 4 = 16 yrs

12 + 16 + 8 + 8 = 44

Age of Aditya be = 4x

After 8 years their ages -

Anjali = 3x + 8
Aditya= 4x + 8

Sum of their ages = 44

A/Q
3x + 8 + 4x + 8 = 44

7x + 16 = 44

7x = 44 - 16

7x = 28

x = 28/7

x = 4

So,
Present age of Anjali = 3x = 3*4 = 12 years
Present age of Aditya= 4x = 4*4 = 16 years
