given ratio = 3/4
so the present age of suman be = 3x
and the present age of neelam be = 4x
now according to question,
4 years ago age of suman = 3x -4
4 years ago age of neelam = 4x -4
and now their ages ratio ( 4 years ago) become = 5/7
on comparing
3x-4/ 4x -4 = 5/7
we get
x = 8
so,
the age of suman = 24 yrs,
and the age of neelam = 32 yrs.
so the present age of suman be = 3x
and the present age of neelam be = 4x
now according to question,
4 years ago age of suman = 3x -4
4 years ago age of neelam = 4x -4

=>21x - 28 =20x - 20
=>21x - 20x=28 -20
