In air,

Total percentage of air = 100%

Percentage of nitrogen = 79.2%

Percentage of oxygen = 20.7%

Percentage of other light gases = 0.08%

∴ Percentage of argon = 100 - (79.2 + 0.08 + 20.7)

                                      = 0.02%

Volume of air consisting one cubic meter of argon = 0.02% of 1 m³

                                                                                     = 0.02/100 of 1 m³

                                                                                     = 0.0002 m³

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Volume of air consisting one cubic meter of Argon = x .

And Percentage of Argon in air = 100 - ( 79.2 + 20.7+ 0.08 ) = 100 - 99.98 = 0. 02% ,

So

0.02% of x = 1 cubic meter ,

⇒0.02x100 = 1 cubic m

⇒x/5000 = 1 cubic m

⇒x = 5000 cubic m

I hope you will be satisfied
