The amount of cytoplasm in the parent cell is more than the amount in the bud.

Beacuse the bud is a small outgrowing part from the parent cell.So the bud itself growing by taking the cytoplasm and other substances from the parent cell.

That's why the amount of cytoplasm is far more than double than the amount of cytoplasm inside the outgrowing bud.
