Hello

2H2 + O2 --> 2H2O

As per the equation, 2 moles of H2 react with 1 mole Oxygen to form 2 moles of water. 4 g of hydrogen = (4 g / 2g/mol) = 2 moles of hydrogen oxygen molecule is O2 that is one mole of O2 weighs 16 grams. So, 16 g of O2 = 1 mol of O2 two moles of H2 react with 1 mol of O2 to form 2 moles of water One mol of water weighs 18 g 2 moles of water formed weigh 18 x 2=36 g. mass of water formed is 36 g

Hope it helps!!
