water ===> steam

●First 0 degree calcious of water convert into 100 degree Celsius of water.

●Now 100 degree Celsius of water convert into 100 degree Celsius of steam. this is total phenomenon.

NOW COME ON PROBLEM

●Heat required is given by

=> Q = (M×L1) + [M×S×(T2-T1)] + M×L2

here

●L1 = latent heat of fusion of water
=> L1 = 334 jule/gm

●L2 = latent heat of vaporization of water
=> L2 = 2230 J/g

●S = Specific heat of water
=> S = 4.186

THEN

=> Q = (15×334) + [15×4.186×(100-0)] + (50×2230)

=> Q = 5010 + 6979 + 111500

=> Q = 123489 jule _____[ANSWER]
