so we know tan40= r/h

0.839=15/h

h=15/0.839

h=17.87

l=√h2+r2

l=√319.339+225

l=√544.339

l=23.33

volume of cylinder is

1/3*22/7*225*17.87

=22/7*75*17.87

=29485.5/7

=4212.2147cm3
