It is zero (0o0o). Because in a mass-spring-dash-pot(damper) system Spring force is directly proportional to displacement of the mass and the force from the dash-post is proportional to the velocity of the mass.
Fspring=kxFspring=kx
Fdamper=CvFdamper=Cv
v=dxdtv=dxdt
Since the system is allowed to move along the straight path (xx) Its velocity also also along that direction. So both forces will be parallel and the angle between them is zero (0o0o)
