the angle between the incident ray and the emergent ray, for a rectangular glass slab is 0 degree. Why? ​

The light ray will travel along the interface without entering the glass prism so the incident ray and emergent ray will be straight and hence angle between incident ray and emergent ray will be 0 degree.
