 \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{h}{x} \\  h =  \frac{x}{  \sqrt{3}  }

Now when the height of the tower get doubled, we get :

tanθ =  \frac{2h}{x}  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: tanθ =  \frac{2}{x}  \times  \frac{x}{ \sqrt{3} }  \\ tanθ =  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }

Therefore, θ < 60°
