180 = (x + 20) + x + ( + 40) \\  \\  = 180 = 3x + 60 \\  \\  = 180 - 60 = 3x \\  \\  = 120 = 3x \\  \\   = x = 40

So,

x = 40°

x+20=40°+20=60°

x+40= 40+40= 80°
