It's 5i+5j so x co-ordinate is same as y co-rdinate. There fire it forms the y=x line which is the angular bisector of the xy plane

Therefore it divides 90° to 45 and 45 each.

So it makes 45° with y axis.

Another way to go about this is by drawing components.

5i+5j can be split into 2 components namely x component and y component. Considering the angle between y axis and the vector to be theta we can take x component as sintheta and y as cos theta. So sin by cos = tan so substituting components we get 5/5= tan theta
