angle A+angle B+ angle C+angle D=360
6x+10+5x+x+y+3x-y=360
15x+15=360
15x=360-15
15x=345
x=345/15
x=23
here +y and -y got cancelled
then A=6(23)+10
138+10=148
B=5(23)=115
C=x+y
we know that angle A= angle C so C=148
also angle B= angle D
angle B=115
