heyya friend!!

let the height of multistory building be 'h'
let the distance between them be 'x'

tan 45 = h/x
1 = h/x
x = h........ .........1

tan 30 = h - 20/x
1/√3 = h - 20/x
x = √3( h - 20 )...............2

by eq 1 and 2

h = √3h - 20√3
20√3 = √3h - h
20√3 = h ( √3 - 1 )
20√3 / √3 - 1 = h
20√3 * √3 + 1 / √3- 1 * √3 + 1
60 + 20√3 / 2 = h
30 + 10√3 = h

hpe this helpss u :))
